1st February is not just another date on the calendar for me.
It is the day God decided the world needed him. And years later, in His great sense of humour and grace. He decided I would be his wife.
What an honour it is to be married to this man. What a privilege to carry his name, walk beside him and build life with him.
I often pause and wonder “what did he see in me?” Then I laugh because honestly… who could miss this treasure? 🥰
But beyond the jokes, I am deeply grateful that he chose me. And even more grateful that he chooses us every single day.
Today, I thank God intentionally for his parents.
For the sacrifice, the prayers, the patience and the love that raised the man I now call my husband. Thank you for saying “yes” to life on this day, years ago. Because that yes shaped my entire future.
He has been my greatest support system, steady, kind and grounding.
A husband who shows up. A partner who believes in my dreams. And an incredible father to our babies who isn’t just present but also loving and intentional.
Watching him love our children has been one of the most healing and beautiful experiences of my life.
So today, we celebrate you. We thank God for you.
We bless the work of your hands, the wisdom in your heart and the legacy you are building both seen and unseen.
